## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a bridge contract to P.J. McNamara, Landscaping/Groundskeeping services for the Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). The proposed procurement is for a firm fixed price award with a term of one year to prevent a break in service and allow time for a long-term contract to be solicitated with maximum competition. A draft of the performance work statement is attached. The applicable NAICS Code is 561730 and the size standard is $9.5 Million.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government and responses must be received no later than February 9, 2024, by 1 pm.
