**23, 2024 AMENDMENT #1:** The solicitation attachement is revised to show the Design (CLIN 0004), Labor (CLIN 0005), and Training (CLIN 0006) CLINS as three separate consolidated items. This is to reflect that this is not a phased project. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is a Total SB set-aside to support VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS).. The intent of this RFQ is to procure a brand name or equal system for patient elopement wander management. Wanderguard Blue is the basis of design for technical minimum requirements. Solicitation PDF is attached to this notice.
