DESCRIPTION: The Contractor will replace AHU-09 and AHU-15. This project replaces the air handlers, electrical panel boards, breakers, cables and conduit for the AHUs. DDC upgrades, exhaust fans, and other control systems are to be integrated and compatible with the existing BAS. All controls and programming to be coordinated through the COR with the current controls system service provider. The project replaces the ducts and trunks for supply and return that are currently undersized. Project includes demolition and commissioning services. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools and materials, installation, programming, startup, training, O&M documentation and one-year warranty of materials and installation.
