The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System is seeking to purchase Whole Healthcare Channel System Brand Name or Equal to the C.A.R.E. Channel for their Tacoma, WA and Seattle, WA locations. Service Locations: See attached solicitation, Section D.1, Statement of Work The period of performance will be a base plus four option years. Base Year: 06/15/2026 06/14/2027 Option Year One: 06/15/2027 06/14/2028 Option Year Two: 06/15/2028 06/14/2029 Option Year Three: 06/15/2029 06/14/2030 Option Year Four: 06/15/2030 06/14/2031 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
