THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. Responses and questions may be directed to Derek Crockett via e-mail at derek.crockett@va.gov on or before the close date of this RFI on 12/10/2025 at 15:00 PST. See attached document 36C26026Q0131 for the draft scope of services, government questions, and proposed NAICS codes. Interested parties that fail to provide responses to the questions and RFI attachment 36C26026Q0131 may not be considered for market research and planning purposes.

This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services:
