Description of Services: The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment and construction services needed to complete this project. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures to modernize three elevators and their associated machine rooms. The Government needs the newly modernized elevators to operate smoothly and to be safe, reliable, comfortable to staff and patients, and consistent with a seamless homogeneous Automated Transport System that is conducive to wheelchair and semi-ambulatory patient's vertical mobility. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time, and it will be the Contracting Officer who will determine which suggested changes are accepted.
