Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research for a construction contract to Upgrade Drainage. Work is located at the Mann Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA. For the principal components of work see the attached draft statement of work and specifications. Documents are currently in draft state and industry comment / suggestions are greatly encouraged and welcomed. Period of performance is estimated to be 160 calendar days for completion of work. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $300,000.00 and $500,000.00.
