General: This solicitation will be issued full and open competition, unrestricted by any set aside. The resultant award will be a single fixed priced construction contract. Description/Specifications: The project magnitude IAW FAR 36.204 is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 This project is to add fire suppression systems in various telecom rooms (TRs) located around the campus. Please see the scope in the solicitation package for details when released. Solicitation Package: It is anticipated that the solicitation package for this project will be available for download from Contracting Opportunities on or around December 3, 2024. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which will be available at the Contracting Opportunities website. No telephone or fax requests for the package will be accepted, and no solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above.
