Amendment 0001 Answering Questions see Attachment RFQ36C26024Q0348_01 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit quotes for an Installation of Fire Alarm Annunciator with microphone for the Roseburg VA Medical Center, Roseburg OR 94741. The Request for Quotes is 36C26025Q0348. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of one (1) contract. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price.

The applicable NAICS code is 561621 Installation of Equipment Alarm Signal, and Security Detection System and the small business size standard is $25.0 Million. 3.
