## Description

Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with Polymedco for a OC-Sensor Diana FIT Analyzer to replace the sunsetting analyzer used under the cost per test BPA 36C6021A0047 with Polymedco. This limited source action will continue the operation under the existing BPA with Polymedco without disruption and overhauling a nationally supported colon cancer laboratory screening program to reach patients and providers to collect the lab specimen in a different manner. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 03/15/2025.

Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
