Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price 3-month bridge contract with a large business Roche Diagnostics Corporation to cover the gap in the operation for in-house testing period of the new chemistry analyzer that is currently in the process of procurement. This limited source action will prevent service disruptions at the medical center while the new contract is being procured and tested. The anticipated award date for this bridge contract is 02/28/2025.
