This contract is for the fire suppression inspection, testing, repair/maintenance, and recordkeeping to maintain compliance with VA directives, National Fire Protection Association(NFPA) codes, State and Federal requirements, and the Joint Commission (TJC) standards. It includes fire sprinkler, fire damper, fire hydrants and fire/smoke door components. The requirement does not include fire alarm. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, equipment, supplies and materials required to perform a complete inspection, testing, maintenance and repair service of the systems. 3.Period of Performance: Base + two (2) option years.
