This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.603 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Products or Commercial Services Solicitation 36C26025Q0046 is issued as a request for quotation.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as A SDVOSB set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 561210 and small business size $47 Million. This is notice of a total SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must be certified in the SBA database as an SDVOSB at the time of offer and award and complete VAAR clause 852.219-75 to be considered for award.

**DESCRIPTION:** The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle, WA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Annnual Restriping Services for the Seattle and American Lake Campus. Site Visits are available for interested parties to attend and require 24 written notice in advance. See Attachment H - Site Visit Instructions for scheduling requirements.

**Site Visit Dates & Times:** 03/18/2025 08:00 a.m. to 11:00a.m. at the Seattle Campus and 13:00 – 15:30p.m. at the American Lake Campus. 03/19/2025 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Seattle Campus and 13:00 – 15:30p.m. at the American Lake Campus.
