Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Page 1 of *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate IAW FAR 6.302-2(a)(2) a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Contract with the small business and OEM, Precision X-Ray, Inc. This procurement is for a one-time product maintenance service with Dose Map. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811210. This x-ray is used during research.

The OEM has no authorized service providers. The anticipated award date: November 27, 2024. This requirement is for: Department of Veterans Affairs Portland VA Medical Center 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Rd. Portland, OR 97239 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available.

Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government s intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
