## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.501(a), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Evoqua Water Technologies for the provision and installation of EON Reverse Osmosis units on VA-owned ROVER carts. NAICS 339113 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.

A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding is OEM authorized and can provide the equipment components and install services equal to Evoqua Water Technologies equipment components and installation services. Responses must be received no later than 2:00pm Pacific on October 24, 2024. All responses must be e-mailed to Krystal.weeks@va.gov
