## Description

This is a Sources Sought for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for an estimated amount of 390 - 400 H-Wave electrical muscle stimulation devices per year for the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. The BPA shall not exceed five years. This wil be a Brand Name requirement.
