The scope of this project includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform a one for one replacement which must be as good or better than the current existing unitary HVAC systems and all supporting apparatus vicinity Building 19 in accordance with the published contract design and specifications. Phase-II HVAC systems provide air conditioning to five (5) HVAC zones which provide heating and cooling to over 2,500 sq ft of interior building space that is consistent with staff offices and cubicles. The Government need for the new HVAC systems is that they are to be safe, reliant, energy efficient, fully digitized and automation controls consistent with gateway and BACnet interface for trends and networking.
