## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following:

1. Clarify the response to question 33 on the attached RFP questions. Past Performance will be considered if the entire project is at or over 60% complete. See attachment 1, question/answer 33.

2. The proposal due date is changed to July 17, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST.

3. The question period is closed. Additional questions will not be accepted.
