653-22-116 Create Therapeutic Mindfulness Garden Please confirm the VA Tririga CPMS will not be required, per specification section 01 00 00, 1.34. Correct, this will not be required. Please confirm that one person can act as the site superintendent, the SSHO, and the CQC Manager. One person can act as the site superintendent, SSHO and CQC Manager. The Site Plan Legend on sheet L1.0 has a S1 symbol that states, CIP Concrete Stair with SS Handrail. It refers to detail 3/L3.1.

Detail 3/L3.1 shows a galvanized tube steel handrail. Please confirm if this is to be galvanized steel or if it is to be stainless steel. Galvanized steel handrail. Please identify the location of the irrigation controller, as shown in detail 6/L4.2 and where the 110v power source for it is located. Â See attached sketch. Please confirm sample panels for the CIP concrete walks will be required as listed in specification section 32 13 13, 1.4, A Mockups. Sample panels are not required.

Please confirm the contractor is required to provide the 90-day maintenance period as described in specification section 32 92 00 Turf and Grasses. The contractor will be required to provide the 90-day maintenance period. Specification section 32 90 00 states the landscape planting must be done between October 1st and April 30th. When does the VA anticipate awarding the project and do these dates need to be adhered too? The project is anticipated to be awarded by 6/1. The planting dates need to be adhered to. If required, the project will be placed on hold pending proper planting dates.
