Description of Services: The VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS) seeks a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, commissioning, supervision, and all other resources necessary to perform services required for the following work: Replace parts of 8 fire sprinkler main located in Energy Center Building 100. Replace all the fire hydrants on the Portland campus. Replace dry sprinkler heads in outside covered areas of Building 100 and 101. Replace fire sprinkler valves located in Building 100, B1C-118. Replace fire sprinkler valves located in Building 6, Room 115. Work for this project will take place at the Portland VA Medical Center located at 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Rd., Portland, OR 97239. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
