## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.501(a), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Oculus Inc for the Pentacam CSP Pro & CSP Report Software upgrades of VA-owned Oculus Pentacam AXL Wave tomography systems. NAICS 339115 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.

A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding can provide the critical software upgrades, authorized equipment components and repair services equal to Oculus Inc s proprietary critical software upgrades, authorized equipment components and repair services. Responses must be received no later than 2:00pm PST on Sept. 13, 2024. All responses must be e-mailed to Qi.Fan@va.gov.
