Data must be brand name or equal to the University of Washington, Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) HAQ index as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26024Q0847 and is attached. This solicitation is unrestricted. Period of Performance will be a base plus two option years. Base Year: 09/26/2024 09/25/2025 Option Year One: 09/26/2025 09/25/2026 Option Year Two: 09/26/2026 09/25/2027 Service Location: Department of Veterans Affairs VA Puget Sound Health Care System Seattle Division 1660 South Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108-1532 The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
