## Description

**Amendment 0001:** This amendment is posted to attach: Attachment 01 Contractor price breakdown Attachment 02 site visit sign in sheet RFP due date remains the same. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to replace the 6” sewer drain, from the second through the fifth floors and the 4” drain line, at the basement level due to pipe deterioration. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials and perform work at the Portland VA Medical Center, located at 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Rd, Portland, OR 97239. This project is being resolicited from previous solicitation 36C26024R0079.
