## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Research support services in support of VA Health Systems Research (HSR) Center of Innovation (COIN) for Veteran Centered and Value-Driven Care VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle, Washington as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26024Q0694 and is attached. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 541715 has a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The business has been verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is so listed in the Vendor Information Pages database (https://vetbiz.va.gov/). Period of Performance will be a base plus two option years.

Comparative evaluation is the side-by-side comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.

Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. Quotes must be emailed to Jennifer.Robles1@va.gov and received no later than 5PM Eastern Standard Time on 08/20/2024. Quotes may be submitted on the attached RFQ or the vendor s own form. Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation should be forwarded in writing via email to Jennifer.Robles1@va.gov.
