This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB as there is a nonmanufacturer waiver for commercial ovens. If a Vendor is SDVOSB or VOSB the business shall be verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is so listed in the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ with any applicable attachments and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
