Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price service contract with Education Management Solutions, LLC. The procurement is for Annual TotalCAREiQ Silver for SIMULATIONiQ Enterprise Solution Simulation Training Equipment Warranties. Education Management Solutions, LLC has the proprietary rights for this particular service and software support.

This procurement is limited to one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other services would satisfy the Agency s requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
