The salient characteristics of the required item include the following: Item: Lonza 4-D Nucleofector core unit (controller) with X unit (for use with cuvettes and 16 well plates) Performance requirements: The equipment must be able to transfect primary and hard to transfect cells in cuvettes or 16 well strips.
