## Description

Sources Sought The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Business, other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing items requested, as well as any large businesses. The results from this source sought notice will be used to determine set-aside.

The intended contract is a firm-fixed price Service purchase. The SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule is applicable, and a waiver will not be sought for this potential acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Puget Sound Health Care, Veterans Transportation Service 1660 South Columbia Way Seattle, WA. 98108 is looking for qualified Auto Body Repair Shop within a 50-mile radius capable to complete the following. Vendor must have an Active/Current SAM.gov Account. Must be registered with both the Financial Services Center and Tungsten network for payment.

**Statement of Work:** Task is to repair the damage on the passenger side rear top quarter panel and the rear bumper and rear doors on VTA unit VA25492. A White color Ford Transit Passenger Wagon T-350 XLT High Roof 148 WB w/Sliding Right Hand Door 3D Van 6-3.7l Flex Fuel Sequential MPI. Requires vendor that is specialized with the repairs needed to be done on this equipment. Vendor will complete all repairs and perform test.
