2. Description of service/supplies being requested: Stock Chaser for the Walla Walla, VAMC. Essential/significant physical, functional, or performance characteristics:

**Stock Chaser:** 3 wheel; voltage 36 volt; 4.8 hp; speed 8mph (unloaded); range 40 miles; load capacity 1000 lbs.; tow capacity 5000 lbs.; clover leaf steering wheel; 67 inch turning radius; zero emissions; battery type: 210 amp-hour, 6 volt, lead acid; drive: gt drive, automotive differential; tie-down holes on deck frame; rear mechanical disc in wheels, regenerative breaking; hi/low speed switch; instrumentation to include:
