## Description

Contractor of equipment will be supplied at a discount, directly to General Supplies and Services (GSS) and shall provide all equipment, reagents, standards, supplies, consumable/disposable items, parts, accessories and any other item required for the proper operation of the contractor owned analyzers and peripherals for the generation of hemoglobin A1c testing cost per test/reportable result (CPRR) services on behalf of Boise VA Medical Center/or other VISN 20 facility.
