**36C26024Q0234 0001 Description of Amendment:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

update the salient characteristics for the software component. The two (2) bolded characteristics listed under software are not required and can be excluded. The quote due date is extended by one day and quotes are now due 02/13/2024 @ 15:00 PT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
