## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to make corrections to the solicitation document and provide answers to questions submitted.  The revised solicitation attached with replace the original solicitation document in its entirety. The purpose of this requirement is to deliver two (2) Chiropractic Table to VA SLC Utah Health Care System, located at 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84148.
