**AMENDMENT SUMMARY:** The Offers Due Date listed in Section XVI is hereby updated to Friday, August 7th, 2026, 12:00 Local Mountain Time. No site visits will be offered or scheduled. Offeror shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
