THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0003 TO RFQ 36C25926Q0607 IS TO PROVIDE AN UPDATED SON AND UPDATE THE CLOSE DATE OF THE RFQ FROM 08/17/2026 TO 08/19/2026. Please reference the updated Statement of Need, which confirms the requirement for one (1) Bay Reprocessing Sink and accessories: 120 L x 30 W height adjustable sink. The close date for the solicitation is hereby extended to 08/19/2026 to allow time for review of the corrected Statement of Need and submission of quotes.
