Kalispell, MT. 59901 Room 124. This requirement will cover the procurement, delivery, installation, and initial testing/calibration of one audiometric sound booth. The sound booth must integrate with existing audiology equipment and meet current accessibility, acoustic, and infection control requirements. Contractor shall assemble and install the sound booth at the designated clinic location. Installation must include: *Offloading of all materials *Placement of booth per floor plan *Onsite assembly (modular, as required for building entry) *Mechanical and electrical hookup to VA infrastructure *Ensuring full ADA accessibility *Ensuring booth interfaces with existing clinic audiometers, including power/cable pass- throughs and support for networked devices if specified. *Ensuring to perform and document initial certification of booth ambient noise levels in compliance with ANSI S3.1 standards and provide written report of results. *Providing onsite (or virtual, if required by VA) training for VA staff in use and basic maintenance of the booth and provide user manuals and warranty documents.
