Philips Healthcare s Radiology & Imaging Systems are proprietary to them, and no other distributors are authorized to provide preventative maintenance and service repairs. The VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) is under an Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with Philips Healthcare and any annual service maintenance to existing equipment located at the VHA medical facilities are to be issued as a sole source delivery/task order against IDIQ VA797H-17-D-0022. This applies to all service maintenance agreement orders through March 14th, 2027. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 and the Business Size Standard is $34.0 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
