The purpose of this amendment is to answer the questions below:

This was previously awarded to Cynergy Professional Systems, LLC. under 36C25920F0209. Q. Are there limitations to subcontracting? A. Yes, please review Attachment 2 - VAAR 85.219-74 Limitations On Subcontracting published with original solicitation. Q. Xerox has stated that the equipment is end of life by 12/30/2026 and cannot provide support beyond that date.
