**PROCUREMENT TITLE:**

**Pylarify Radiopharmaceuticals INTENT TO AWARD:** The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) task order on a sole source basis, to Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for PYLARIFY® (piflufolastat F 18) Injections.

**BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION:** This procurement is for the continued providing of unit dose syringes of F-18 Piflufolastat (Pylarify) for positron emitting tomography (PET) imaging as ordered by the Nuclear Medicine Department. Pylarify is a radiopharmaceutical, or medicinal radio-compound, and contains radioactive isotopes. Radiopharmaceuticals can be used as diagnostic and therapeutic agents to diagnose specific pathologies, such as cancer, osteomyelitis, cardiac ischemia, and infection.

**6505 Drugs and Biologicals AUTHORITY:** This procurement will be issued under the authority of FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.

**INTERESTED PARTIES:** THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Statement of Work no later than 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, February 4th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.

Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
