## Description

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the service-disabled veteran owned small business, Lovell Government Services., located at 223 West Gregory St, Pensacola Fl 32502: Item# Part Number Nomenclature Qty 1 08-0028 Defender Portable Compression Device 300 The purchase is to for additional compression devices exactly like what is already in place at the RMR VAMC.

The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 339112 and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, January 17, 2025. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
