## Description

Hobart Dishwasher Repair Service for the Oklahoma City VAMC PURPOSE: This project is to replace the malfunctioning parts on our Hobart FT1000 Dishwasher located in room 2B-102m at the OKC VA HCS in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The contractor must fully evaluate the condition of the existing structures and verify the current condition of the Hobart FT1000 Dishwasher. The contractor will be responsible for taking on-site measurements and verifying all quantities and distances.

All materials/fasteners/etc. must be new and provided by the contractor unless otherwise specified. The contractor shall abide by all Safety, Security, and Infection Control Policies and Procedures of the Oklahoma City VA HCS. VA facilities are tobacco-free. No smoking is permitted on VA property. The contractor is responsible for their subcontractor s compliance with this policy.

**BACKGROUND:**

**Equipment:** The following piece of equipment require service under this contract. This includes sub-systems, components, software, hardware, and parts: Hobart FT1000 Dishwasher.

**Tasks and Requirements Performance and Repairs:** The contractor shall provide supervision, manpower, and parts. Contractor shall replace bad wash pump motor, seal, and gaskets. Contractor shall fix leaking flowback pipe. BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information only)

**LIMITATIONS OF SUBCONTRACTING:** The Limitations of Subcontracting may or may not apply to a resulting solicitation from this Market Research. Vendors are advised to familiarize themselves with Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 19.505(a)(2) and 19.505(b)(1) as it pertains to subcontracting limitations. Vendors are also advised to familiarize themselves with 13 CFR 125.6 and the penalties described in this regulation.
