Montgomery VA Medical Center and Ernest Childers VA Health Care Center until a new 5-year award can be competed. This will allow for the three to six months required for delivery, installation, and validation of new blood gas analyzers without the interruption in patient testing. The current cobas b211 analyzers are leased from Roche Diagnostics. Roche Diagnostics is the sole manufacturer and service provider for the Roche cobas b211 Blood Gas Analyzer and associated products. The cobas b211 analyzer and associated products are proprietary to Roche Diagnostics and only available for purchase in the United Stats directly from Roche Diagnostics. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 and the Business Size Standard is $34 million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 9:00 AM Mountain Time, Monday, October 28th, 2024.
