The purpose of this amendment is to post the vendor questions and answers post site visit and to post Directive 1810 and VHA Boiler Plant Safety Device Testing Manual Post Site Visit Vendor Questions. Q1. Do we need to include controls integration into the quote, or will we be coordinating with a controls contractor? A1. Controls integration will need to be included in the quote. The integration team must be certified and demonstrate competence in working with the control system specific to the boiler plant. This must ensure proper installation, commissioning, and long-term functionality of the system.
