## Description

AN AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION 36C25924R0020 POSTED ON NOVEMBER 28, 2023. The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

This amendment is created to cancel solicitation 36C25924R0020 in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (added in Amendment 7). The clause states: Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made.

There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government for contract purposes until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer will confirm availability of funds in writing to the contractor upon award of contract. We appreciate your efforts for this project. A new solicitation for this requirement will be posted to SAM.gov at a later date.
