**Boiler Safety Device PM 1. GENERAL General:** This is a non-personal services order to provide semi-annual, preventive maintenance, to include emergency response of three boilers. Clever Brooks Boilers #1 Model #4W1-200-600-200 SN# T1246-1-2, Boiler #2 - Model #4W1-200-600-200 SN# T1246-1-3, Boiler #3 - Model #4W1-200-600-200 SN# T1246-1-2 at the Oklahoma City Va Medical Center located at 913 N.E.

13th Oklahoma City, Ok 73104. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the service providers providing the services described herein. The Boiler Maintenance Service shall involve connectivity of a device/system to the VA computer network and does not involve sensitive VA data.
