The Webster Carto 3 was purchased from Biosense Webster. The RMR currently has a SMA for the Carto 3 system under contract number 36C25921C0130. This contract is a continuation of the previous and current contract. This manufacturer will only quote for a base year and 2 option years, which is the same as the prior contract, as this is for service and maintenance on one serialized device that may need to be replaced. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 and the Business Size Standard is $34.0 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
