## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to:

answer questions that were asked.

**See Below:**

Q. Will the government supply as-builts of the existing FLS DAS system? A. Yes, the government will supply as built drawings. Q. Will an inventory of current equipment be provided? A. Yes, the government will supply a list of equipment. Q. Will both systems need to be up and running in parallel to ensure no downtime? A. Yes. Q. Does a battery backup need to be provided with new FLS DAS? A. Yes, our current system has battery backup, and we would like to retain that functionality. Q. Will the contractor be required to coordinate with the VA or the AHJ on the approval FLS DAS? A. We may need to look a little deeper into this one to double check what all is required.

**Response from Police:** I believe Aurora would give approvals on the public safety DAS. Q. is the selected contractor needed to supply a connex/material storage or would one be provided? A. Depends on the amount of equipment, we have some storage capability for a couple of pallets, if more is required the contractor would need to provide the storage. Q. Is it the contractor s responsibility to dispose of the old equipment? A. Yes. Q. Is there a tax exemption for all purchased equipment? A. Yes. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
