## Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the Large Business, Medtronic Inc., located at 200 Medtronic Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 1 Base Year - service and support Medtronic O-arm 1 EA 2 Option Year 1 - service and support Medtronic O-arm 1 EA 3 Option Year 2 - service and support Medtronic O-arm 1 EA 4 Option Year 3 - service and support Medtronic O-arm 1 EA 5 Option Year 4 - service and support Medtronic O-arm 1 EA The purchase is for yearly maintenance and service on a Medtronic O-Arm serial number C1395.
