Offerors are responsible for including sufficient details, in a concise manner, to permit a complete and accurate evaluation of each quote. Johnson Controls BAS. Q4. Who is performing the Maintenance on the HVAC Systems?Â A4. HVAC Systems maintained in-house Q5. Do they need someone to maintainÂ the equipment? A5.
