The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to RFQ 36C25924Q0425 is to post vendor questions and answers and to clarify line items. Q1. Please confirm whether training at the facility is required for 25 hours and 25 employees. A1. 25 hours will be needed for training of staff. Q2. Can you tell us how many scopes your facility has and typically houses in scope cabinets? A2. The VA has roughly 75 scopes Q3.
