## Description

Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control to perform elevator preventative maintenance, emergency repairs and assist a third-party contractor in the semi-annual, annual and five-year load test/inspections for all 49 elevators and dumbwaiters within the Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC.

There are ten (10) hydraulic elevators and 39 traction elevators to be included in this requirement. Preventative maintenance will be accomplished weekly. Contractor shall inspect, test, calibrate and service the equipment, as required, in accordance with manufacturer, industry and statutory requirements in order to prevent premature equipment failures and to extend equipment life in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and the following codes as listed in Section 2.1 Applicable Documents.
